A TripIt alternative for the days between the flights

TripIt does one thing superbly: forward a confirmation email and it appears in a clean timeline. But a timeline of bookings is not a plan. There is no day planning, no budget, no packing list — and the year of Pro alerts costs $49.

Plan the actual days

Day-by-day stops with locations on a map, notes and costs — the part of the trip TripIt leaves to you and a notes app.

Bookings live with the plan

Confirmation numbers, dates and documents attach to the trip they belong to, next to the itinerary they support.

Budget and packing included

Estimated vs actual spend with splits, and packing lists with templates — no companion apps.

Your data leaves with you

Free JSON and XLSX export of everything, any time. TripIt’s data lives in TripIt.

The honest part

What TripIt has that we don’t yet: the forward-an-email import loop (planned — forwarding-only, never mailbox scanning) and native apps with airport alerts. If your whole travel life is confirmations and gate changes, TripIt remains the specialist.

The difference is structural

Subscription planners need the paywall — export, offline and PDF are their conversion levers. Our model forbids that: the core planner is free forever, premium can only ever add, and export and delete are never paywalled. That is a published commitment, not a promo. Read the pledge.
